OUR AUTHORITY AND POWER

Matt 10:1  He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.
Mark 6:6-7  Calling the Twelve to him, he sent them out two by two and gave them authority over evil spirits.
Mark 6:12-14  12 They went out and preached that people should repent. 13 They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them. Luke 9:1-2  1 When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, 2 and he sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick
Luke 24:49
49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high
Acts 1:4-8
4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. 5 For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit."
6 So when they met together, they asked him, "Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?"
7 He said to them: "It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Acts 8:4-8
4 Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. 5 Philip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Christ there. 6 When the crowds heard Philip and saw the miraculous signs he did, they all paid close attention to what he said. 7 With shrieks, evil spirits came out of many, and many paralytics and cripples were healed. 8 So there was great joy in that city.

WHEN GOD REPEATS SOMETHING AND REVEALS SOMETHING REPEATEDLY IN HIS WORD, YOU HAD BETTER KNOW THAT --
1. HE MEANS IT! WE DO HAVE HIS POWER! HE GAVE IT TO US!
2.  HE EXPECTS US TO BELIEVE IT!
3. HE EXPECTS US TO ACT  ON  IT USING IT AS A WITNESS TO THE TRUTH !
4. THIS IS CALLED ‘FAITH’.
     WE ARE HIS PEOPLE, REBORN BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF JESUS IN HIS BLOODLINE.  HE REALLY DOES EXPECT HIS PEOPLE TO BELIEVE HIM AND ACT WITH HIS AUTHORITY AND POWER.  HE DOES NOT LIKE IT WHEN WE KEEP ASKING FOR SOMETHING WE ALREADY HAVE GIVEN TO US!
    HE EXPECTS US TO DECLARE HIS TRUTH, AS REVEALED IN HIS WORD. HE EXPECTS US TO  RELEASE HIS POWER THROUGH MINISTRY AND LAYING ON OF HANDS. THIS MUST BE DONE IN FAITH, TRUE BELIEF. BY SPEAKING WHAT HE TELLS US, WE BRING HIS WILL TO EARTH, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.
      IT’S VERY SIMPLE,---WE DON'T DO IT BECAUSE WE JUST DON’T BELIEVE IT! --- SO --- WE DO OR SAY SOMETHING RELIGIOUS WITHOUT AN OUNCE OF FAITH.
     WE HAVE TO GET BEYOND THIS, CHURCH!! WE HAVE ALL POWER, AND THE AUTHORITY FROM HEAVEN TO USE IT, NOT JUST TO 'KNOW ABOUT IT'.  WE MUST GET OUT OF THE CHURCH  BUILDING AND RELEASE HEALING AND DELIVERANCE WHEREVER WE SEE THE NEED!!

IT'S TIME TO BE A REAL CHRISTIAN.
